Features

Everything you need to ship workflows that don't break at 2am.

Built for the moment your prototype turns into something real, when you suddenly need monitoring, permissions, retries, and code.

Visual flow builder

Drag steps onto a canvas and wire them together. You edit the actual logic instead of hand-tuning a 400-line YAML file.

AI agents, built in

Need judgment in the middle of a flow? Add an LLM step from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google, give it tools and memory, and let it decide what to call.

700+ integrations

Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, Stripe, Notion, Postgres, and a long tail of vertical apps. Missing one? Write a piece in TypeScript and it shows up in the builder.

Real code when you need it

Sometimes no-code hits a wall. Drop a JavaScript or Python step into the flow, import an npm package, and test it against live data inline.

Conditions, loops, routers

Branch on any field. Loop over arrays. Send a run down one of five paths. This is the control flow real work needs, not just linear happy paths.

Team collaboration

Invite people to specific projects with Admin, Editor, or Viewer roles. Every permission is checked on the server, not just hidden in the UI.

Isolated, encrypted, scoped

Encrypted connection secrets, isolated workspaces, per-project access. Self-host it and your data never touches our servers.

Webhooks + schedules

Fire on a webhook, an app event, or a cron expression. Failed runs retry with exponential backoff, three attempts, then land in a dead-letter view.

Production-ready

It is the same stack we run in the cloud: distributed workers, BullMQ queues, OpenTelemetry traces, and rate limiting. Nothing to bolt on later.

How it works

From idea to running automation in under five minutes.

01

Pick a trigger

Choose from email, webhook, schedule, form submission, database change, or any of 700+ events from connected apps. Test in one click.

02

Compose your flow

Add steps. Pipe data between them. Branch on conditions. Loop over lists. Drop in a code step when you need raw control.

03

Publish and forget

Hit publish and it runs on a managed worker pool. Watch every run live, and get paged the moment a step fails, instead of finding out Monday that Sunday's cron died silently.

Use cases

Built for the work your team is already doing manually.

Most of what we automate started as a Notion doc titled "steps we always forget." Turn yours into a flow.

Operations

Customer onboarding

A new customer signs up. AgentFlow10 creates their CRM record, generates an onboarding checklist, and posts a summary to the account team's Slack channel.

FAQ

The questions people ask before signing up.

Can I self-host it?

Yes. Run it with Docker on your own servers or a VPS, and the data never leaves your infrastructure. The cloud version exists for people who would rather not manage Postgres and Redis themselves.

Where does my data live, and who can see it?

Self-host and everything stays on your machines. On the cloud, each account gets an isolated workspace, connection secrets are encrypted at rest, and no one on our side reads your run data.

Which AI models can I use?

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, and Mistral are supported out of the box. Add your own API key and you are billed by the provider directly, or use the included tokens on a paid plan.

How is this different from Zapier or n8n?

You get a visual builder, a real code step, and native AI agents in one place, and you can self-host the whole thing. Pricing is per run, not per task, so a five-step flow does not cost you five times as much.

What does the free plan actually include?

Real automations, not a 14-day teaser. You get the visual builder, integrations, AI steps, and code steps. Paid plans raise the run and seat limits and add SSO. See the pricing section for the current numbers.

Do I need to write code?

No. Most flows are built entirely by dragging steps and mapping fields. The JavaScript and Python steps are there for the day a flow needs something the no-code steps cannot express.

Stop gluing scripts together. Start building flows.

Start on the free plan today. Move up when you hit the run limits, and self-host any time you want the data sitting on your own servers.
