• Workspace and billing information — organization details, subscription plan, and payment metadata processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Connected-account data — when you connect a third-party service (such as Google, Slack, or others), we access and process the data required to run the automations you configure. This is described in detail in Section 4.
• Automation content — the workflows, steps, configuration, and run data you create or that pass through your automations.
• Usage and technical data — log data, device and browser information, IP address, and diagnostic information used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Execute the automations and integrations you configure;
• Authenticate you and secure your account and workspace;
• Process subscriptions, billing, and token usage;
• Provide customer support and communicate with you about the Service;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Service providers — infrastructure, hosting, database, and payment processors that operate under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
• Third-party services you connect — data flows to and from the services you explicitly connect, according to the automations you build.
• Legal and safety — where required by law or to protect the rights, property, and safety of our users and the public.

4. Google user data

When you connect a Google account, AgentFlow10 requests only the scopes needed for the automations you set up (for example, access to Google Sheets, Google Drive, or Gmail). We access, store, and use Google user data solely to provide and improve the features you have enabled.

AgentFlow10's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, we affirm that:

• We only use access to Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the AgentFlow10 interface;
• We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with user notice;
• We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements; and
• We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your affirmative consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

5. Data retention

We retain personal and connected-account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can disconnect any connected service or delete your account at any time, after which we delete or anonymize the associated data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data security

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of credentials and secrets at rest and in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

7. Your rights

8. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
