Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

AgentFlow10 is a workflow automation and AI-agent platform that lets you build automations and connect third-party services. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also set technical and usage limits, including token-based usage limits associated with your plan.

3. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Connected services

The Service lets you connect third-party accounts and services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to connect an account and to move data through your automations. You may disconnect a service at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited, bulk, or cold outbound marketing messages, or to distribute malware or other harmful content.

Anti-spam and communications consent

You are solely responsible for the messages, emails, and other communications you send using the Service, and for complying with all applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws — including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act, the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction. In particular, you agree that you will:

• only contact recipients who have given you prior, verifiable opt-in consent, or for whom you have another lawful basis to communicate;
• not use the Service to send unsolicited, bulk, or cold outbound marketing, spam, or any message the recipient has not agreed to receive;
• include accurate sender information and a clear, working way to unsubscribe in every marketing communication, and honor opt-out requests promptly;
• maintain records of the consent you rely on and provide them to us on request.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are using the Service to send unsolicited communications or otherwise violate this section.

6. Subscriptions, tokens, and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
• Usage of certain features consumes tokens allocated to your plan. Additional usage may require a higher plan or the purchase of additional tokens.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by AgentFlow10 and protected by law. You retain all rights to the content and data you provide. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and provide the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentFlow10 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
